Smaller events
For smaller events, we offer a full Italian experience with greater flexibility.
This includes a generous selection of Italian-style appetizers, such as bruschetta, focaccia, grissini, Italian cheeses, cured meats, olives, and small fried bites, perfect for mingling and setting the tone of the event.
Alongside appetizers, guests can enjoy our entire pasta menu, featuring handmade ravioli, rigatoni alla bolognese, penne al pesto, and more.
Menus can be fully customized to accommodate preferences, dietary needs, and special requests.
Larger groups
For larger groups, we carefully curate the menu to a selected number of pasta dishes, chosen together with our clients based on guest count and event flow.
This allows us to deliver every plate with the same attention to detail, flavor, and consistency, even at high volume.
By focusing on a streamlined selection, we serve large events efficiently while keeping the food fresh, well-executed, and unmistakably Italian.

I first tried Italia on the Road at work. After trying the food, I asked if they could serve at our wedding. My fiance and went to another location to try some additoonal food and the deserts, the service and food was great..
They were one of three food trucks at our wedding last weekend in Redondo Beach and everyone truly enjoyed the food. They delivered on time and without any problems. We had 130 guests for the wedding and I We will ask them to join us for another event in the future.
